第八屆「張安德中醫藥國際貢獻獎」頒獎典禮暨得獎學人講座

Outstanding Contribution to Chinese Medicine Award Ceremony-cum-Award Lectures

「張安德中醫藥國際貢獻獎」由香港浸會大學中醫藥學院於2011年設立，目的為表揚在推動中醫藥國際化、或在中醫藥研究領域，取得具突破性及獲國際認可成就的科學家和學者。

第八屆得獎學人Thomas Efferth教授和沈遠東教授將親臨浸大接受獎項和講學，現誠邀　閣下出席頒獎典禮暨得獎學人講座，活動詳情如下：

The Cheung On Tak International Award for Outstanding Contribution to Chinese Medicine (the Award) was established by the School of Chinese Medicine of the Hong Kong Baptist University in 2011. The Award aims to recognise scientists and scholars who have advanced the internationalisation of Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine research with their groundbreaking and internationally acclaimed achievements.

Professor Thomas Efferth and Professor Shen Yuandong, the award recipients of the 8th Award, will be visiting the University to receive their awards and deliver keynote lectures. You are cordially invited to attend the award ceremony-cum-award lectures. Details are as follows:

注意事項 (適用於需領取學分證書之註冊中醫師)

1. 參加者必須預先登記。名額有限，先到先得。

2. 參加者必須親身出席活動，只限現場出席頒獎典禮暨得獎學人講座才能獲得學分。

3. 每一個電郵地址只配給一位參加者。不可以一個電郵登記多位人士，或同一參加者填上多個電郵地址，後者會被視為重複登記，學院將取消其多出的申請，以騰出名額給其他人士。

4. 對於申請學分證書之註冊中醫師，請確保登記之中、英文姓名、及註冊中醫編號與「香港中醫藥管理委員會」之記錄相符。若資料有誤，本院將不能向申請人發出學分證書。

5. 是次活動只頒發電子證書，本院不會代行打印。

6. 學分以出席時間計算。於演講時段內遲到或早退每場計15分鐘以上，將不獲發學分，出席時間以學院紀錄為準。本院保留最終決定權。

7. 出席率達標者將於2026年6月中後陸續收到電郵通知下載電子證書。請確保登記時輸入正確的電郵地址。 請於2026年7月31日（星期五）前完成下載，逾期將不獲補發。

8. 有關學分查詢，請電郵至scm@hkbu.edu.hk。

Attention (Applicable to CMPs who apply for the CME Credits)

1. Prior registration is required for participating in the event. Places are first come, first served.

2. Registrant must attend the event in person. Only those who attend the Award Ceremony-cum-Award Lectures in person can receive CME points.

3. Each email address can only be used for registration for one participant only. It is NOT allowed to register multiple participants with one email, or that the same participant register more than once with different email addresses. The latter will be regarded as duplicate registration and extra applications will be cancelled to free up places for other applicants.

4. If registrant is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner (“CMP”) and would like to apply for the certificate of Continuing Education in Chinese Medicine (“CME”) Programme, please make sure that the Chinese and English names and registered CMP number provided in the registration form are same as the record of the “Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong”. The School will not be able to issue the CME Point certificate if the information provided is inaccurate.

5. Only electronic certificates will be issued for this event. NO printed certificate will be provided.

6. The CME credits are calculated based on the participation time. Participants will not receive any credits of the registered session if they are late or leave early for more than 15 minutes per session. The participation time shall be subject to the School's record and the School reserves the right to make final decision.

7. CMPs who have fulfilled the attendance requirements will receive a notification of the issuance of CME Point Certificate by email after mid-June 2026. Please make sure to enter the correct email address during registration. Please download the CME Point Certificate on or before 31 July 2026 (Friday). The certificate will no longer be available for downloading after the above-mentioned date and the School will not re-issue the certificate.
